Loved Co-Hosting The Critics Circle National Dance Awards 2012 with my chum Mr Kenneth Tharp (Big Boss at The Place).

We had a lot of fun as you can see. Every year the talent of the Winners and Nominees is staggering and this year was no exception. Great to see the Awards continuing to be controversial and free thinking. Would be so easy to just see the same old faces up on the podium. Love the opportunity the awards give to new faces and companies who will hopefully really benefit from a bit of well deserved extra light shining on them.

Obviously I'm still The Royal Ballet's Gary Avis so great to be representing the company and handing an award over to Miss Nuñez! Congratulations to her and ALL! Gary'
